Shipping policy

Please allow approximately 7 business days for completion of your custom item. This DOES NOT include shipping time. Orders are completed as soon as possible and often times ship out much sooner than predicted. Holidays and weekends are not counted as business days. On occasion, your order time may be extended if a supply is out of stock. In this event, you will be contacted with the estimated turnaround time.

Expedited shipping is offered for an additional fee if you need an item shipped within 5 business days of order date and we have the item in stock. Simply add the listing for "RUSH ORDER" to your shopping cart along with your intended product purchase and let us know when you will need the order. You may enter the details into the Special Instructions box upon checkout.

All items are shipped via either USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, depending on weight. Tracking is included in your shipping cost at no additional cost. Insurance will be automatically added for no additional fee on orders over $50. Please understand that we are no longer responsible for your package once it is in the hands of the USPS.
